This week my class went on camp and I stayed in Room 8. It was really fun I got lots of my work finished. Lots of my friends are up in room 8. Last year they made a caterpillar out of wood and then they put plants in it , after months it looked a bit old. So we thought we will remake it. We put new soil in it and put new plants in it. We did not get to paint but it was fun watching the processes.  A few of my friends did not go to camp myself Ryah and Summer so we were together. On Tuesday we went to Tehiringa  with M2.

this week our classes went on camp to Athers pass and a hut is there called jacks hut. so we write some facts about it.

Nikau palm tree’s nikau palm tree’s trunk is bumpy and very tall they are a dirty brown also The bright red nïkau fruits take about one year to open up nikau palm trees are a very tall tree they are a native tree that you will find on the coast road, punakaiki it is a zealand tree
